This is a 3 in 1 exercise, I saw Mike Rozier doing these several years ago...
I do these to warm up but they are most definitely a great exercise for someone short on time who wants to get a circuit type workout in.
Using dumbells
Holding the dumbells at your side, you start with a dumbell curl, in the some motion twist your wrists the dumbells should now be in the shoulder press motion, at this point you do a traditoinal squat once you're back standing up you press them , extending and returning to the shoulders .
Do 5 sets of 10 reps (total of 30 reps) This will get your heart going, arms, shoulders and legs!
